Automatically save emails into correct field on LinkedIn Extension
When using the LinkedIn extension, we will now automatically populate an email address (if available on the profile) into the personal or professional email field based on the domain.
Ability to download reports
Users with the "Export Reports" permission will now see a "Download" button when clicking into the detail of any reporting metric. This will download the data to CSV.
Auto-sync SMS consent
When a person opts out via SMS (e.g. be sending STOP) or opts back in (e.g. by sending START), their consent preferences in Imagine will be automatically updated to reflect this.
Archived records are removed from People to Contact display automatically
If you archive a person record and there is an associated People to Contact entry, this person will no longer appear on the dashboard. It is also no longer possible to add an archived person to the People to Contact section.
Updated user experience for Emailing Hiring Manager on Job
On a job, if you click the "Emailing Hiring Manager" button or drag a candidate into CV Sent status, you will see an updated popup. It is no longer possible to select Tailored CVs directly from this page and instead, you should upload any attachments into the email.
A new field is available where you can populate the names of all candidates you are sending to the hiring manager. Once you have emailed the hiring manger, this will automatically move all candidates into the CV Sent column and record this activity for reporting purposes.
Select Industries to target for Talent Spotlight
After listening to user feedback, we have introduced the ability to manually select the industries you wish to send a Talent Spotlight to. Now when clicking "Send Talent Spotlight", you will see a new popup where you can choose the relevant industries to send to.
Once selected, our AI will then identify the most relevant hiring managers within those industries to receive the Talent Spotlight. We have also updated the content of Talent Spotlights to be hyper tailored to the receiving industries!
The rest of the process remains the same - you can still review and edit the generated content and manually remove any hiring managers if desired.
Bug Fixes:
Limited Company Address Fields not showing as mandatory
We have fixed an issue where the address fields for Limited Company previously showed as mandatory if the personal address details were marked as mandatory.
Improved "When a person changes stage on a job" trigger
Fixes to the workflow trigger "When a person changes stage on a job" to ensure rejection status changes work consistently.
Improved robustness of transcript saving
We have improved the robustness of saving transcripts to ensure that unknown characters are handled properly.
Open in MS Word option removed
We have removed support for "Open in MS Word" actions within attachment records. When you now click the "eye" icon, it will download the document to your computer
Action item button on Search Anything remains within table
Previously, if you ran a Search Anything query, the 3 dots for actions menu would appear outside of the table. This is now resolved to ensure it always displays within the table.
Decimals supported for Time Entry uploads
If you historically attempted to upload time entries with decimal values, this would fail. We have updated this upload to support decimal values.
Display issue fixed for 2560px x 1664px displays
Previously, users on devices with a display size of 2560px x 1664px experienced some page elements being inaccessible.
