New Features:
Re-vamped candidate matching algorithm and user experience
We are delighted to launch our new and improved matching algorithm. This update improves the accuracy of the matching algorithm, as well as delivering new features to enhance your experience and provide a more transparent overview into the AI recommendations.
Improvements:
- Accuracy improvements
- Now, when hovering on a match %, you will see up to 3 reasons "why" and 3 reasons "why not" for a person's suitability
- When clicking "View Details", a new popup will launch providing detailed AI insights, as well as previewing the candidate's latest CV inline
Note - this feature will only be applicable for candidates that are updated or added to a job after the release. Any candidates added to a job before the release will not have the additional AI insight.
Job record linked on DAPs
After listening to user feedback, we have now added a link to the job record (and the status of the job) to a DAP in the Actions / To Do section on the dashboard. This makes it easier to quickly see which job a DAP relates to.
Lead Pipeline
Users will now see a "Lead Pipeline" section on their dashboards, showing any Leads where they are the job owner. This helps improve the visibility of Leads across Imagine, driving user action.
Feedback buttons on Search Anything
To ensure we can best support our customers, we have added a feedback mechanism on the Search Anything feature. Users will see "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" icons after each AI response on a Search Anything query.
If a query does not return the expected data, they can leave a brief comment explaining why. This will be used to further refine the Search Anything feature.
Note - your specific data is not used for training purposes, however, we may review the nature of questions asked and use them to inform future training patterns for the Search Anything. Your people/job/company/placement data is never used for training.
Default DAP ordering
We have updated the default ordering of DAPs to be more logical. The ordering is now as follows:
- Incomplete DAPs first, ordered by oldest due date
- Then, completed DAPs, ordered by most recently completed
New filters on person interaction history
We have added new filters to the interaction history section of a person record to make to easier to quickly find records. You can now filter by Business/Personal, Interaction Type and Call Type (when selecting a meeting or call interaction type).
LinkedIn Extension source type
The LinkedIn Extension has been updated to automatically set "LinkedIn" as the source when creating a new person via the extension. This does not apply when enriching an existing record.
Warning if a person is already in an active workflow
We've had fantastic feedback from user's about the ability to add a person into Manual Workflows. We've further enhanced this, and now, if a user tries to add a person into a Manual Workflow and they are already in an active workflow, the user will be warned and can decide whether to proceed or cancel.
Allow backdating of Interviews for reporting purposes
It is now possible to record historic interviews for reporting purposes. When a user selects the "Record event for reporting, but do NOT send an invite" tickbox on the Schedule a Call window, the user can select a date in the past for this interview.
Continued training for Search Anything
We have added additional training to Search Anything to continue to broaden the nature of queries that can be answered.
Bug Fixes:
Adjusted LinkedIn Extension matching logic
We have improved the LinkedIn Extension matching logic to reduce the number of "false" no matches that are suggested by the extension. We have extended the matching logic to be more encompassing, resulting in a higher likelihood of matching to an existing person record.
Additional error handling for Search Anything
Now, if a Search Anything query takes too long to execute, users will see a message in the Search Anything chat asking them to refine their query further, rather than seeing a timeout error.
Deleted and Archived people are removed from assigned Jobs
Historically, when a person record has been deleted or archived, they've remained assigned to a job which could cause problems when creating a placement. We have now rectified this issue and when a person record is deleted or archived, they are removed from any assigned jobs.
Inconsistent character length for DAPs
We have made a small bug fix to ensure consistent validation on the length of DAP titles.
Deleted interaction history records do not appear on person records
Now, when an interaction history record is deleted, it no longer remains visible on a person record.
